In the 20mm thick pece of tas oak that was going to be the bottom i cut out a place for the tamyia 4x4 kit to go as well as routed out a place for the radio speed contols servo ect to goIMG_0142.jpg
i then set about cutting the mdf deviders and cutting out the wheel arches

the motor i went for a 330 2 sizes up from what the tamiya 4x4 kit was ment to have i chose this because with the larger wheels and i think with all the waght im adding the 130 would struggle plus the bateries when i desided on what to run will need to run the maine drive 330 the proppeler drive 230 the front 130 the radio and one servo and a speed control. any idears for what to power it with would be appersated.
the front i guled 8 peces of 20mm pine and carved it in to shape and with to wooden runner along the top of the side i screwed it all in to place.
