Figured this would be the best place to post, recently upgraded to a 9x with the RC2HL board (which is awesome).
When firing the airsoft cannon the tracks suddenly became stuck in track recoil mode, wiht the tank continuously recoiling. Restarting the tank and tx, including removing the battey has no effect; when the tank is turned back on it immediately starts track recoiling again, which also disables the ability of the tx to turn the tank off.
Any ideas?

HI Zak
Yes I know your problem as I went through exactly the same issue with another tanker.
Ok the classic sign of your microswitch not working properly is the continuous recoil. This has NOTHING to do with your radio, RC2HL, MAKO, El Mod, SGS, .... The problem is purely a mechanical one.
Unfortunately we sorted the problem out over the phone so I can't direct you to a link. From memory he said his barrel was stuck and hence not operating the microswitch properly. You need to check that the little switch at the end of your gun unit is opening and closing.
Cheers Kevin G

Hey Zak
If it happens again - check that switch.
Cheers Kevin Grannum
