Hey All

Just a quick heads up in case you were not aware Turnigy have finally released a module for the 9XR radios going by the name Turnigy DSSS 2.4Ghz Transmitter Module.



How inventive. Now the blurb is not clear on what this module does so I got one to test.

YES it works with the existing Turnigy 8 channel receivers which is great news.

YES it works with the RC5HL

For all purposes it is the same as before - you still need to swap CH2 and CH3 and you still need the RC5HL jumper set to the Turnigy receiver position.

Cost is slightly more than the chunky FlySky unit and hence the shop price for the 9XR with this module had to be nudged up a few $$.

So far so good with the module which finally makes use of the internal antenna of the 9XR. 'Bout bleeding time HK.
