Hi Phyrephish How many LEDS can you run of the mako board for when you get hit, I'd like to add more around the turret etc to get more of a fire effect (hopefully LOL) Cheers Gra

HI Gra
You can run at 4 comfortably.
Four LEDs are on the new Hammerhead unit

And there is now a LED on the MAKO board itself (making 5) However, there is a jumper switch on the MAKO board to disabe the on board LED since I really wouldn't recommend running more than 4.
Cheers

Hey Gra DId you make it to Newcastle BTW??? The super bright 3mm LEDs I use are supposedly 3.5 v BUT they appear to handle the 5 odd volts that the MAKO throws at them without a resistor
Cheers Kevn G
