Mode 1 vs Mode 2







Turnigy 9XR (Stock Firmware) with Orange RX DSM2 and Orange 6CH TX (Mode 2)

Connections to the RC2HL for Mode 2 as above.

CH1 100% THR c1 (link your throttle to curve 1)
CH2 100% AIL
CH3 100% ELE
CH4 100% RUD

REVERSE
CH1 REV
CH2 REV
CH3 REV
CH4 REV

CURVES
CV1 -100 -8 50 100 100

Throttle Trim on lowest setting.



Spectrum DX8 with Orange 6CH TX (Mode 2)

Connections to the RC2HL for Mode 2 as above.

Throttle Travel:
100% 140%

Reverse:
NOR Throttle
REV Aileron
NOR Elevator
NOR Rudder

Throttle Curve:
Low 0%
25% 84%
50% 84%
75% 84%
High 100%

Throttle Trim on lowest setting.

Rule of Thumb:
1. Always turn on your transmitter first.
2. Center your throttle stick.
3. Turn on your tank and wait a few seconds.
4. Start your tank.
