Hi, new member here. I got a heng long tank recently. Crystals and Battery were faulty out of the box but having replaced them I found the BB gun doesn't fire. The bb mode is turned on in the hatch. Makes some noises and then clicks as if firing but the BB doesn't fire. The BB's load into the mechanism and enter the barrel after firing because they fall out when the tank is tilted forward. I've inspected the innards but have no idea what I'm looking for. Seems odd that it is obviously trying to fire (charging noise and then click). Pellets are the standard ones that came with it. I've used compressed air to clean the barrel and all accessible parts so I don't think it's a dust or blockage issue. Any suggestions on what to look for or test would be greatly appreciated.
