Thanks Kevin, I hope you can figure out the scaling. Rad, I'm with you on this one, as well. I can do some makeshift tray from plastic, but would prefer a more professional enclosure to protect the board. I have no prob paying like Rad said, too, since I don't have access to a 3d printer. Though if I knew the template is perfect, I could possibly find some service around that would print it for me. I bought my bulldog rear lights printed from shapeways ( http://www.shapeways.com/product/M4QH3J ... ear-lights) and the LEDs fit perfectly in. The outer bolts don't fit into the HL rear tails enclosure, but it could be the HL scaling problem, too. So I think the printouts from shapeways are perfect. Maybe they could print it for us, too.

Yep - when the parts were scaled up about 8 - 10 % they fitted no problems.
I have not printed any ASp2 enclosures but the Piranha top was a great fit and the single Asp1 enclosure was also good.

I was referring to asp2 case stl you attached on the previous page. That's the only one I need. Can you verify that one?

just fyi, I found a pretty good service online for 3D printing. www.3dhubs.com. You upload the project, select material, and gives you a list of many people or companies in your area that can do that print for you and their prices. You can read reviews about their work, see locations, message them before paying, etc. Way better than searching individual companies site by site and having to create accounts to get prices that end up high.
