Been slowly putting this together over last couple of weeks. So this is the M8A1 Cargo Tractor So since I had a spare bulldog chassis I thought I use that, I know it has 1 less road wheels than the proper thing but hey we ignore that So here's some pictures of the build as it's coming along. With some paint Still the bull dozer front to make, and some other details to add. Ian. |

Awesome Ian, Great work. It has taken me 2 weeks to build a simple box for Pantherturm. No wonder I get nothing done. Cheers KG |

A very nice model and something other than the usual tank. Something very like it...... You are aging it a little, or should it remain so? |

Been a quiet week on this project So started making some headlights, from 3mm flat face LED, plastic tube and milliput Still to file to finish shape and paint. Then onto the bulldozer bit, started with the arms And that's as far as I got. Ian. |

Done a bit more last few weeks. Built the blade front and fitted, wired up the headlights. Here's some pictures. Here's a video of the blade working from a servo and spare channel. Ian. |

Good work Ian, nice to see one of these actually built. I just talk about building things and rarely get them done. I still have the unopened 1/35th scale model of the cargo tractor I was going to use as a guide. Anyhow, I have finished GEKO. Have a working board - waiting on more motor driver chips from China. Sirvoe has been delayed in China. Manufacture should be done anyday now. Sirvoe would just be the thing you need if you want to use a servo for the front blade on the tractor Cheers Kevin G |
