Servo elevation

Rc2hl makes adding servo elevation really easy, just plug the servo into ch6 on your tx.

All I've done is hot glue a $5 hobby king servo in so that the the servo arm pushes on the tab that the rotating cam normally actuated

Really easy, really good.
