Hay guys, just found your site and it looks great. Not to sure if i fit into any of the categories you have, im building a 1/5th scale RC M1A2 Abrams out of steel  its turned into a mammoth task.Have a look at for the build log on my beast, if someone could point me to were i should post with updates i will start putting up dates in as i go. Hi, Welcome to RCTA. I saw your blog about making your own tank. Very interesting. My company is a steel material provider and also has cutting services. I always dreamed of making my own tank too. The thing is I don't know how. Don't know where too look for building plans either. The company has no water jet but has laser cutter. Wanting to build a 1/16 full metal Tiger. Why 1/16? Because I can use the existing metal parts that are on the market. Looking forward on posting of your metal tank. Cheers, Hajime |
