The other issue with metal is that unless you get the high quality ($$$$) metal parts (Schumo) or tanks like that of Aeromate the metal is just a copy of the cheap plastic offerings. So you have bad looking heavy parts in metal that are difficult to modify.

I have only used metal hulls which are good because you don't really mod them much. Metal upper hulls would not work for me as I try not to build your standard offerings.

As with most things use metal where you have to.... don't use it just because it is there

OK Hemi this is what I'd get and why....

I'd be looking at getting a custom PzIV setup rather than buying a HL in a box. If you upgrade you throw 90% of the original Heng Long parts away wasting $$$.

AS before you want metal for your drive system and you want motors with more torque than standard ones (also the lower profile the better). Hence for the bottom half I would get asiatam metal and plastic up top

All up 280 Euros ($406)- unfortunately shipping will be expensive BUT will be cheaper than paying postage for the Heng Long tank (then throwing most of it away) and then paying postage for all the add on bits.

Then for control a 9X series radio & receiver $120 - $140

Now with what ever is left you get you control unit
