Hello to all.

Completely new to rc tanks (any rc actually) but have been a long time scale modeller. One of my modelling interests are Tiger tanks in particular King Tigers.

It's my B'day next week and I've been thinking about getting a Tamiya 1/16 KT. I've checked out the Heng Long KT's but being a modeller first and foremost I want to build and detail my own.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of a good place to get a Tamiya kit and offer any pros / cons between the Tamiya and Heng Long KT's
